Top 10 must see places and tourist destination points spots in Darjeeling: Tiger hill – It is the most famous hill peak in Darjeeling and can be reached by jeep or by foot. It has some of the oldest tea plantations. It is a very beautiful trekking destination and a must visit site to view the snow capped mountains Kanchendzonga and Mt. Everest.
Batasia Loop - This can be viewed by the famous toy train when it maneuvers through beautiful parks. This place is actually a Gorkha war memorial and the toy train ride presents a 360 degrees view of the memorial as well as the gardens. This look covers 50,000 sq ft of area and loops into tunnels parks and hillocks in the 1000 ft decent. The lively local craft market here is a must visit.
