This picture of iced lake is of Lake Baikal of Russia. This was known as one of the biggest source of pure water in the world.
Stas Tolsenev, Russian photographer, describes in the picture that such views are seen when the temperature rises and gaps are formed in the iced lake. This lake is 636 kms long and 79 kms wide with a depth of 744 meters.
